We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. It is important to note, that we only exchange or refund items that are damaged.

Returns and Refunds

Please note that we are a “make to order” company, and do not have any ready made products in stock. Therefore, we are unable to accept returns that are not related to defect or damage. 

Exception (damaged item)

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In this case we are able to offer you an exchange or a refund.
